I love the quote this month!

This month we are practising Baddha Konasana, or Bound Angle Pose. We also have a recipe for a plant-based nacho "cheese" dip. I am really excited about this one. I've become obsessed with nut cheeses since I can't eat dairy. This "cheese" dip has a cashew base. I can't wait to whip up a batch.

From Molly with Love - Pacific Beach Sea Spray ($18)
This blend of pink Himalayan sea salt, coconut oil, water and pure essential oils give your hair that tousled texture with some moisture and a tropical scent.
It's beach hair season again! I have a bit of natural wave to begin with, so using salt sprays helps hold the shape a bit better.

LaRitzy Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in Nudes ($24)
Intensely pigmented, these liquid lipsticks will give you a pop of color that lasts for hours! With the sponge tip applicator, paint your lips with rich, opaque color with a beautiful matte finish. This is a limited edition product... and it's also the 6th LaRitzy lip product I've seen in a box since March. They are making the rounds!

Gypsy Soul Organics Sun Salutation Salve ($4.99)
An all purpose, all body salve. 100% natural and organic, with a calming vanilla and honey aroma. Restore your skin post-sun with this nourishing  balm that will heal everything between the sun and moon.
I'm not really sure what this is... an after-sun cream? a healing salve? something else? It smells fantastic, so that's a plus.

Glowing Orchid Organics Raspberry & Black Cherry Lip Tint ($6 CDN, $4.75 US)
This beauty goes on silky, smooth and leaves a very subtle blushed tint to the lips. Unlike lipstick that can contain some very toxic dyes this blushing beauty does not!! If you love fresh, blushing berries you are going to treasure this lip balm and use it CONSTANTLY!! Pamper your lips with the organic raspberry cherry flavor. Our lip balm is not tested on animals, nor does it contain synthetic scents, flavors, parabens, or petroleum. This is a beautifully fragranced lip tint is for everyday lip protection, natural glow and repair.
This tint smells like fresh cherries! I love the light sheer tint as well. It's perfect for summer. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that Glowing Orchid is based in Chilliwack, BC! It's great to see local Canadian products appear in US based boxes.

SaltStick Fast Chews in Zesty Lemon Lime ($3)
FASTCHEWS feature a scientifically-derived, proprietary high-performance formulation that provides a balanced supply of bioavailable sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Sodium is derived from sodium citrate, a proven source that has the added benefit of soothing the stomach. The formulation mirrors the electrolyte profile lost in sweat, in a form and quantity the body can absorb. Its non-GMO ingredients are all natural, gluten-free,vegetarian, and without artificial sweeteners or colours.Well... I could have used these last week when I had the stomach flu. Instead I used an electrolyte replacement drink that tasted like orange tang. Not good. The expiry date on this roll is 08/17, but I think something like this will be fine a while longer.

Blue Calcite Healing Stone ($8)
Blue Calcite is a helpful and calming stone that has a number of healing attributes. Like other types of calcite, this variety helps to boost the flow of energy within your body, and can help to clear negative vibrations it is an excellent stone to aid in the development in psychic gifts and is also known to enhance creativity.
I haven't done much reading on healing crystals, and I don't use them as they are intended. I like to add them to my potted plants. That may horrify some people, but they look pretty, so it works.

BuddhiBox Artisan Seashell Soaps ($6)
Inspired by the shells you collect on the seashore, no two of these delicate soaps are alike. Artisanally created by hand, these seashell soaps bring the summer beach vibes into your home.
These are quite small so I'm not sure they are worth the quoted price... there's no ingredient list so it's hard to say. They are really lightly scented.

BuddhiBox Boho Ocean Necklace ($25)
Your summer jewelry staple has arrived! Tiny beads in blue hues inspired by the color of the sea. Larger glass beads provide a stylish accent and are reminiscent of sea glass that washed up onto the shore. Essential tassels give that easy boho vibe. Made just for you!
This necklace is really cute. It would be great for travel, when I don't want to pack anything valuable, but want to add a pop of colour and flair.

The July BuddhiBox included eight items, valued around $94 US. It's a great box this month. We received several fantastic items that are perfect for the summer months. I can't wait to use the salt spay.
