This is going to be a good box, I can feel it!

June’s Theme is GLOSSY Summer  #GLOSSYsummer

June is all about welcoming the summer and we’re so happy to do so! Between the shimmering blues of the Mediterranean Sea and the feeling of warm weather that crisp whites impart, this box was definitely inspired by the colors of the season. Now that you’re sensing the vibes, you’ll shine brightly throughout the month thanks to trending clear lip glosses by Julep and a shimmering multi-use product by Bang Beauty. This isn’t the end, though! We’re taking you on a tropical trip next month, transporting the sights and scents of sunny vacations straight to your doorstep.

The product info card is now a pamphlet with exclusive offers and product details.

In this month’s brochure they've hinted that next month's theme is a “Tropical Beauty Box” that's going to have a new specially designed box! If you want to get your hands on the July box, subscribe after July 1st.

Check out this frame-worthy postcard we received. It's so cute!

First look!

MONUspa Rosewood Reviving Mist - ($27 US)
Revitalize your skin on-the-go with an invigorating combination of lemon, rosewood and sandalwood essential oils. This handbag must-have refreshes dull complexions and awakens the senses with just a few spritzes.
So this is cool, you can use it as perfume or to set or fix makeup. It smells great and has an instant energizing effect.

Bang Beauty Dolce Pink Cream Color – Full Size ($22 US)
This multi-use product is perfect when applied to eyes, lips, and cheeks. You can use it as a base for your eyeshadow, or use is alone. It can be used as a blush, or a highlighter. It is both vegan and cruelty free.
This is an interesting shade. I might try it on both my lips and cheeks, but cream colors don’t work well on my big eyes. They always get caught up in the crease.

The Creme Shop OMG Contour Concealer Brush ($10 US)
The craze over these brushes has been insane! Now’s the time to try one for yourself. With more than 5x the number of fibers than a conventional brush, this revolutionary tool applies makeup with complete control and fluidity for a flawless finish.
These beauty brushes help to blend makeup seamlessly for the most natural look. This is the third brush I’ve received like this lately, but this one is a hint smaller than the others and it is meant for concealer and contouring.

JULEP Your Lip Addiction Tinted Lip Oil Treatment in Clear - ($13.20 US)
A healing blend of lip-loving oils formulated for weightless, wear-all-day comfort. Super shine and zero stickiness are boosted by a sheer tint of color (or clear, for when you want to go au natural).
It’s always interesting to receive another subscription box’s product in a subscription box. This is not the first time Glossybox has included a JULEP product but I am thankful that it is not nail polish. I received my lip oil treatment in clear which is awesome for the days I want something on my lips that looks natural. Also, this gloss contains Camellia oil straight from Korea’s Jeju Island. This ingredient smooths and plumps lips from the inside out!

INOAR Professional Argan Oil - (7ml, $3.97)
Extracted from the nut of the Argan tree in Morocco, Argan oil contains active ingredients known to have beneficial abilities to create extraordinary shine, condition the hair, and protect it from harsh elements.

As tiny as this sample is, you only need a little bit for each use. It smells great and I will definitely be using this after my next shower to keep my hair shiny.

The June Glossybox included five products, valued at $76.20 US. The value seems to be average this month for Glossybox. Three products were full-sized, and two were not. There was a nice mix of products: hair care, skin care, cosmetics and a tool. Click here to see some of the other products that were available to subscribers in June as each box is only a variation. I’m happy with this month’s box, but am even more excited for next month!
