Our yoga pose this month is Salabhasana, or Grasshopper. This pose strengthens and increases flexibility throughout the spine, abdominal, legs, buttocks, and upper torso. It can also improve posture and help relieve stress caused by slouching forward. I need to try this one!

Toe socks helps spread toes naturally to active your toes everyday, even in shoes. I love the design on these ones.

Sage Smudge Stick
Apparently this was supposed to be included in the January box, but no one received them. I'm not really sure what to do with it!

This cute headband is made from recycled plastic bottle fibres! It stays in place and helps wick away sweat.

The February BuddhiBox included seven items (eight if you count the sage stick), valued over $84. This box includes products for mindful living and products to enhance yoga practice. It's a nice mix of items and a pretty good value!
