This quote is great! The last few months have been stressful for many people for many reasons. It's important to remember, first and foremost, to be kind.

The product card shows six items this month.

The yoga pose of the month is "Trikonasana" or Triange Pose. It looks like a great stretch for the hips, low back, and chest. The monthly recipe is Green Superfood Energy Bars by Milk & Honey Nutrition.

First look!

BuddhiBox Mat Carrying Strap ($15)
Maxine from BuddhiBox created this multipurpose accessory. It is a mat sling that doubles as a strap to help with your poses. Great idea!

Your Tea Antioxidant Tea (60 bags, $35)
This tea contains Ginko Biloba, Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver, Ginseng, Lucid Ganoderma, Fleeceflower Root, Barbary Wolf Berry fruit, Coin Lacryma-jobi Linn, Poria, Chinese Red Tea, Cinnamon, and rose.

The box contains 60 tea bags, which lasts a full month if you're drinking two a day!

Neelu Kaur Ayurvedic Essential Oil Roller in Yogini Bliss ($25)
This aromatherapy roller is made with Rose, Natural Vanilla, Ylang, Mandarin, Amyris, Geranium, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Jojoba oils.

The Argan Project 100% Pure Argan Oil ($14)
Argan oil is traditionally used in Morocco for culinary and beauty purposes. It's full of vitamin E and composed almost entirely of essential fatty acids to hydrate face, skin, hair and nails. I like using it on my cuticles.

BuddhiBox Faux Suede Wrap Bracelet ($22)
This simple wrap bracelet adds some style to your look, but can also help your mind. The lava beads are porous, so rub some essential oil on them and inhale the benefits!

This is how it looks wrapped around the wrist. It could also easily double as a necklace.

Viter Energy Mints (Sample, $1)
These mints boost your energy and freshen your breath. The energy comes from added caffeine.

The April BuddhiBox included six items, valued around $112 US. This box costs $48 US for Canadians, so it's more than double the value. I love that we received a full size box of Your Tea and the Argan oil is a fantastic product.
