First look!

This month's pose is "Hanumanasana", or Monkey Pose. It opens the hamstrings, quadriceps, groin, and hip flexors. This looks like an advanced pose - the splits?! For our monthly recipe, we have a lassi, a yogurt based drink which originates in India.

Product Card

Amazing Grass Green Superfood Detox ($3)
Alkalize & Detox Green Superfood contains 12 cleansing ingredients to restore pH balance and rid your body of harmful toxins.

Urban Mysticism Toxic Detox Aromatherapy Spray (2oz, $20)
This spray acts as a balancer to re-energize your space with good vibes only. It smells like peppermint!

Lively Matcha - Matcha Green Tea Samples ($2)
Matcha provides the highest amount of antioxidants in any known super food. There are a lot of health benefits to drinking green tea, especially matcha.

Hara Healing Detox Body Scrub (Sample, $3)
This salt scrub smells pretty nice, and I don't even like lavender. This jar is only about 1oz, while a full size is 4oz or $12.50.

BuddhiBox - Nothing is Impossible Gold Cuff ($25)
This metal bangle is very pretty! It can be worn alone or stacked for with other pieces.

Here is a close up at the engraving.

May You Know Joy - Seeds of Intention Cards ($15)
These cards will help you plant seeds to manifest your dreams. They are designed to help you set a daily intention. Pick a card each day and open yourself to the possibilities.

Not Pictured - Perspectives Yoga - Steps into a Positive Mindset eBook ($16)
We received a code for a free e-book download.

This box was supposed to include a Sage Smudge Stick (value $5) but it wasn't in my box!

The January BuddhiBox included six items, plus an e-book download. The retail value is around $84 US (not including the missing sage stick). This is a great value for BuddhiBox. There seems to be a theme this month too; something to do with detoxing and positive thoughts for the new year. It's a fun take on the "new year, new you" mantra.
