Put a Bow On It Premium Box Review - January 2017 - Canadian Lifestyle Subscription Box

This box was provided complimentary for review.
What is it? Put a Bow On It Premium Subscription
How Much? $59.99/month, plus $10 shipping. Prices in Canadian dollars.
What’s in it?  A beautifully wrapped gift curated with a fun & exciting theme

Put a Bow On It is a Canadian subscription service based in St. Albert, Alberta. Each month, Put a Bow On It sends a box of fabulous lifestyle products curated around a fun and exciting theme. There are two box options available: the Premium box and the Deluxe box. The Deluxe box is similar to the Premium box, but on a smaller scale. Each monthly box will have a different theme, with different items, so you could feasibly subscribe to both. The Deluxe box retails for $36, plus tax and shipping. Boxes may include items from several categories, including cosmetics & beauty, jewellery & fashion, home decor, technology, cooking & baking, health & lifestyle, and more!

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew, until cancelled. Gift subscriptions do not re-new. Order by the 14th of the month and your subscription will start in the following month.

See my previous Put a Bow on It reviews here.

Since my last review, Put a Bow on It has rebranded a bit. The box still comes wrapped in kraft mailing paper. Under that, you find a gorgeous wrapped present, ready for gifting. Once unwrapped, you find a white box, with a "Put a Bow on It" gift tag sticker (top photo).

The theme for January is "Baby it's Cold Outside". Isn't that the truth!

First look!

Product Info Sheet

For Tea's Sake Travel Mug with Infuser ($19.99 US / ~$26 Cdn)
This 16 ounce acrylic travel mug has a stainless steel basket infuser insert. The mug is double walled for added insulation. This is a great way to bring some warm on the go!

I really like the design of this mug. I have a David's Tea travel infuser and I don't like how the basket sits right under the lid. This basket sits down into the mug about an inch.

The info card says our skin needs some extra TLC during the cold months and it's so true. This organic coffee scrub helps exfoliate dead, dull looking skin and leaves you with a refreshed, smooth feel.

New Moon Tea Co. Relax & Renew Tea (10g, $6 Cdn)
Something to help us warm up! Relax and Renew tea is an Organic herbal blend of Lavender, Lemon Balm, Chamomile and Corn Flowers. This tea is a calming blend, which helps relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and calm the mind, body, and soul.

Brookside Acai & Blueberry Dark Chocolate ($2 Cdn)
These chocolates are so good! They're soft fruit flavoured centres, covered in delicious dark chocolate.

Indigo Soft Boucle Scarf in Black ($45 Cdn Retail)
The star item of January is this fabulous scarf. It's oversize and super soft. I've been wearing it the last few days and it's perfect for keeping away the chill.

Here is a close up of the boucle knit with fringe.

The January premium gift box from Put a Bow on It included five items, valued at $96 Canadian. This box costs $59.99 Cdn, plus $10 shipping. The wintery theme is perfect for January and I'm really happy with the scarf and tea mug. The quality of the items is fantastic, and the tea and scrub are from small Canadian businesses!

It's too late to sign up for the February box, but spots are still available for March. Sign up before February 14th to secure the March box!
