First look!

This month we are learning the "Wild Thing" pose, also called Camatkarasana It's great for opening up the chest and strengthening the shoulders and back.

Dermadeli Pumpkin Seed Serum ($27.99)
This superfood serum is packed with antioxidants and nutrients to deeply heal and nourish dry skin.

Jo-Sha Lavender Wipe ($1)
These mat wipes are free of alcohol and harsh chemicals. The pure essential oils are naturally anti-bacterial, anti-septic, and astringent. Jo-Sha wipes were featured in the very first BuddhiBox, all the way back in November 2014!

Chuao Salted Chocolate Crunch  Mini Bar ($1)
Chuao bars are made with ethically sourced cacao and gluten free ingredients. They are free of artificial preservatives, sweeteners, colours, and flavours. I first tried Chuao in the February 2015 BuddhiBox. The varieties are so unique and all very tasty!

Wellsmith Scented Shea Butter Tins ($6 x 2)
Subscribers will either receive this shea butter or sandalwood incense. I received two shea butter tins, which I think is a mistake, but I will take them! This Wellsmith shea butter made an appearance in the August 2015 BuddhiBox and I really liked it!

I Love Gurus Conservation Bracelet ($5)
These bracelets are a twist on a wish bracelet. Wear it to serve as a reminder to conserve, recycle, and do good for the environment. For each bracelet sold, I Love Gurus will plant a tree in a developing community. Bracelets are designed to fall off after a few months of wear. The charm comes in gold, silvery brass, or pewter. The charm is so cute!

Shiva Arts - Om Deity Scarf ($20)
This light weight, soft and airy scarf can be used as a shawl or wrap, or hang it as a decoration in your sacred space. They are large enough to double as a beach sarong. We received one back in the February 2015 BuddhiBox as well, but I love the colour of this green one so much. The BuddhiBox shop retails these scarfs in assorted colours for $20, but they are currently on sale for $15!

This box also included a $20 "gift card" to Green Blender, a company that sends pre-portioned superfood ingredients and original recipes to make premium smoothies at home. Green Blender is only available in the US, so Canadian subscribers get no benefit from this. A subscription is $49 per week, so this card provides a 40% discount off the first week.

The October BuddhiBox included six items, valued over $60 US, although my box is valued over $66 US with the extra shea butter. This box costs $45.94 US for Canadians, including shipping. Long time subscribers will see a few repeats this month and new subscribers will be introduced to some great BuddhiBox favourites. The shea butter and Jo-Sha wipes are fantastic products so it's nice to see them again!
