The packaging  changes every month to suit the season! I really appreciate how Little Life Box is always packaged with care and attention. That scores mega points with me.

First look!

Urban Spa The Basic Foot File ($3.79)
This is a basic foot file that can be used wet or dry.

Hungry Buddha Smokin Siracha Coconut Chips ($2.50)
Coconut chips are a high fibre, gluten free, vegan snack.

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts Sample ($1)
Just when I run out, I get more! Hemp hearts a great source of plant based protein and healthy omega fats.

Central Roast Food Fix Breakfast Mix ($2.49)
This is a great little blend of nuts, yogourt, and fruit bits.

Bach Rescue Remedy Pastilles ($9.99)
This is a homeopathic stress remedy.

Yogourmet Kefir Starter Samples ($3)
Kefir is a fermented milk beverage that is packed with probiotics. One pack will make 6 litres of homemade milk kefir.

Smarty Pants Multivitamin Samples
These gummy vitamins are pretty tasty. The Women's Complete contains multivitamins, Omega 3s, and folate!  The men's contains multivitamins, Omega 3's, and CoQ10 for joint health.

Dr. Bonner's All-One Toothpaste Samples
This toothpaste is made with 70% organic ingredients and is low foaming. It contains no synthetic detergent foaming agents, is fluoride-free, vegan and cruelty-free, with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. I'm a fan of Dr. Bonner's liquid soap so I'm curious to try these.

Choice Organic Teas ($1)
These organic teas are made with fair trade certified ingredients. I'm going to try the Peach Green tea iced!

Skinny Pop Popcorn ($1.60)
These 18g bags only have 100 calories and are made with no preservatives! It's pretty dry and plain, so a sprinkle of Herbamare or another flavouring helps.

The Innate Life Rose Hair Elixir (10ml, $19.99)
This hair elixir with 15 different plant oils to nourish split ends, tame frizzy hair, and provide heat protection. This is a Canadian company!

The July Little Life Box included 11 different products (15 items total), valued over $45 CDN. This box costs $27 CDN, including shipping. The variety is great, as always, and I'm looking forward to trying quite a few of the samples this month. One really appealing thing about Little Life Box is that many of these products are Canadian, and they can easily be purchased from local grocery stores or online at Well.ca.
