This is a review for the June box. Due to the possibility of a postal strike at the start of July, June blogger boxes were not sent. Once the strike was averted, Bakers Krate sent the boxes out late. Bakers Krate was in constant contact with subscribers by e-mail to let the know about the shipping changes and delays. I was impressed!

Even though this is technically the June box, all the items are fresh and have best before dates into the second week of August.

Cookie Girl S'Mores Cookies
I love Cookie Girl cookies and get excited every time I see them in my Krate. These S'Mores cookies had real marshmallow bits!

High Tea Bakery Canadian Imperial Cookies
I'm becoming a big fan of imperial cookies. Shortbread isn't my favourite, but sandwich it with delicious berry jam, then cover it in icing, and I'm sold. I also love the little maple leaf motif, which would have arrived in time for Canada Day.

Caked with Love Cheesecake Brownie
This might be my favourite Bakers Krate item to date. I also make a brownie recipe that has cream cheese swirled into the top, but this one was sooo good.

Goodies Bake Shop Turtle Slice
This square has the classic taste of pecans, caramel, and chocolate all in one. Unfortunately it wasn't for me. It was very sweet and rich. I couldn't finish it.

The June box contained products from four Winnipeg bakeries (6 items total). I really enjoyed most of the treats this month. It was hard to save them to share with my boyfriend! The brownie was definitely my favourite.
