What’s in it? A collection of new & exciting discoveries for your pet.

Paws & Play is a Canadian subscription box for pets. Paws & Play aims to offer the most sustainable and affordable gear for pet friendly families in Canada. It's the only pet subscription in Canada that offers boxes for both cats and dogs, as well as a mixed pet box.
At Paws & Play, we wouldn't send anything we wouldn't give our own pets. All products we send are hand-picked from reliable companies and distributors. We are always on the look out for exciting new brands and products to send our members! In each product description, we provide a general list of the items you will receive without giving away the surprise factor.

Paws & Play also has an online shop, offering worldwide shipping. The shop offers great products for cats and dogs, limited edition boxes, and gift packs. Paws & Play also has a selection of lifestyle products for pet parents (hey, we need treats too!). Even more exciting - Paws & Play has Paws Points program that earns you points towards shop discounts.

There are three subscription boxes available:
  • Premium Subscription Pack - $39.95 - 4 to 5 full size items
  • Lifestyle Subscription Pack - $29.95 - 3 to 4 full size items
  • Mixed Pet Subscription Pack - $39.95 - 4 to 6 full size items

For Premium and Lifestyle, you can select a box for a cat or a dog. The Mixed Pet box can be for two dogs, two cats, or one of each. You can also add a bonus toy to your box each month for an extra $9.95. Savings are available for longer subscription terms.

This is a review of a Mixed Pet Subscription for a cat and large breed dog.

The items would typically come in a box, but mine came inside the blue mailer bag. Once dumped out, this was my first look!

The product card lists each item, with value.

Nothing Added Atlantic Pollock Dog Treats ($14)
These dehydrated pollock pieces are sourced from the waters off Nova Scotia. Canadian sourced and Canadian made!

DIGZ PB Smear Cookie ($4.95)
DIGS cookies are made in small batches with premium human grade whole food ingredients. Paws & Play also offers a DIGZ cookie subscription, with free shipping!

Fat Cat AppeTeasers Catnip Toys ($9.95)
These two little guys (a sardine and a cocktail weenie) are filled with catnip.

Coastal Pets Pineapple Feather Ball ($1.95)
This was a hit with kitty. There's little beads inside so it rattles and the feather is extra fun.

Chuckit! Max Glow Ball ($9.95)
This ball is compatible with the Chuckit! ball launcher. Hold it under a light for a few minutes and it will glow for hours. Great for night time walks and play time.

Tor Anchovy Snaps Cat Treats ($8.95)
These are dehydrated fishy treats for cats.

The July Mixed Pet box from Paws & Play included six products, with a value around $50 Canadian. Three items are for dog and three items are for kitty. This is a great box for any household with more than one pet.
