FabFitFun VIP is a US based lifestyle subscription box for women. FabFitFun is a beauty and lifestyle e-zine that is associated to E! News and Giuliana Rancic. Every 3 months, the editors of FabFitFun send out a mystery VIP box filled with their favourite products as well as must have products of the season. Yearly subscribers have the option to customize certain products in each box (usually colour or pattern selection).

In the summer edition, we are "celebrating the salty, sun-kissed splendour that is summer". I've been looking forward to this box for a while. The spoilers were great!

Each season FabFitFun creates a mini mag full of information on the products and brands. We also learned that the super cute summer box was designed by Alyx House.

First look!

Passport to Beauty Gypsetter Luminous Lips in Flower Child ($18)
Gypsetters praise the powerful healing benefits of Vitamin E. Rich in hydration and antioxidants, our multi-dimensional high shine gloss will be your favorite travel companion for a sexy hydrated pout!!
Flower Child is a shimmery pink colour that's lovely for summer days.

FabFitFun Everyday Beach Waves Spray ($18)
FabFitFun "created" their own spray with light hold to give us effortless texture and beach wave hair, while conditioning and protecting. I like beach sprays and they work okay for my hair. My fave has always been Sexy Hair Soy Renewal Beach Spray, but this one is very light and has a fresh, clean scent. The label says it was made for Beauty for Real so it looks like another collaboration product. BFR sells a similar product called (South) Beach Texturizing Spray.

Stemulation Daily Micro Derm Scrub ($34)
This gentle exfoliating cleanser is formulated with natural ingredients to help refresh and energize the look of dull and damaged skin. Developed to clean refresh and renew skin texture. Leaving skin feeling smooth and healthy with vibrancy you can see. For best results use daily with Stemulation™ Facial Serum and the Stemulation™ Boost Créme.
Face scrubs are my fave skincare product, and this is a new brand for me. Can't wait to give it a try!

Betchsicles Ice Pop Molds ($19)
Betches is an online gossip blog but they also have a s shop that offers "unique and edgy" clothing, accessories, home decor, and more. It's "not for the easily offended". This Betches x FFF collaboration brings us champagne bottle shaped popsicle moulds. A little small, but that's okay. FFF also provided an assortment of recipes to get us started.

Osea Atmosphere Protection Cream ($48)
A lightweight moisturizer that protects skin from dehydration and damage from environmental aggressors. The super emollient algae base ensures instantaneous absorption while the advanced blend of dermal proteins increases elasticity and leaves a matte, silky finish. An amazing, invisible base for makeup application.
This cream does absorb well and I love the matte finish. My skin is shiny enough from sweat and sunscreen so a light cream like this is perfect!

Summer & Rose by FabFitFun Yoga Towel($36)
Namasté all day with a little added positivity. Lay this moisture-wicking Summer & Rose Yoga Towel over your yoga mat and find your own personal happy place with the help of a motivational mantra. Yep, it really is mind over matter.
This is a microfiber (poly/nylon) towel that is moisture-wicking. I'm hoping that means it's quick dry because it would make a great travel towel. This is another FFF creation, so it's not available anywhere else.

There were two other varieties available: "More Happy, Less Worry" (aqua) and "Dream Big" (coral). I'm happy with my pink towel!

Trina Turk Canvas Tote ($55)
We’re totes ready for summer. No, seriously. We’ve got our Trina Turk canvas tote all packed and ready to go with our on-the-go must-haves. Whether you carry this fun, bright bag poolside, to the beach, or simply running your errands around town — you’ll know you’ve got it all in the bag.
This fantastic beach tote was also available in orange (Vitamin Sea) and yellow (Sunshine & Salt Water). Yearly subscribers got to pick their colour. I lucked out and received the one I was wishing for! This will be great for summer beach and pool days, and also the cruise I'm going on early next year! This tote is a FFF exclusive!

Burt's Bees BB Cream Samples (promo)
These samples were included as a sponsored brand promo. Some may have received a Burt's Bees Cleansing Oil sample instead.

The Summer 2016 FabFitFun VIP box includes seven items, valued at $228 (excluding the bonus items)! The value is a bit arbitrary because of so many FabFitFun branded items, but this is easily my most favourite FabFitFun VIP box EVER, and I've been subscribed for two years. I love the tote and yoga towel. The ice pop mould is kitschy and fun. The beauty & body products are high quality and great for a summer themed box. For once I will be using every item I received. There are a lot collaboration products this season, but I'm okay with that. It makes the products more unique and exclusive.

If this box interests you, it's still available. Even better, you can score 20% off using my referral link (click here). Once the Summer box is sold out, new subscribers will receive the Welcome Box as their first box, then the subscription will auto-renew in time for the Fall 2016.
