FabFitFun VIP is a US based lifestyle subscription box for women. FabFitFun is a beauty and lifestyle e-zine that is associated to E! News and Giuliana Rancic. Every 3 months, the editors of FabFitFun send out a mystery VIP box filled with their favourite products as well as must have products of the season. Yearly subscribers have the option to customize certain products in each box (usually colour or pattern selection).

This is my second year with FabFitFun and my second Spring box, and the third anniversary of FabFitFun!

Check out all my past FabFitFun VIP reviews here.

I love the mini-mag that comes with each box. It includes details on each item, mini articles on the featured brands and artists, as well as beauty and wellness tips.

The box was a few inches longer than usual. Does bigger mean better? Let's find out!

Makers Kit DIY Kitchen Herb Garden Kit ($35)
This kit is perfect for the indoor gardener who is looking to add some fresh green to their cooking! Easily grow three different types of herbs; Basil, Mint, and Thyme from the comfort of your home.

This kit comes with a wooden trough, compost, growing containers, and seeds for basil, mint, and thyme. It takes a bit of work but the results will be worth it. It's a perfect addition for the spring box!

Jus D'Amour Bath Bomb Trinity ($28)
These bath bombs include organic ingredients and an essential oil blend. Wake Up features eucalyptus, peppermint, and lime. Deep Breath has chamomile, lavender, and ylang ylang. Love Potion has jasmine, rose, and sandalwood. The packaging and presentation is lovely.

BodiPure Keratin Gloves & Socks ($9.98)
Revolutionary waterless all-in-one gloves and socks, loaded with nourishing and hydrating keratin for smoother skin and stronger nails.
This combo pack includes on pair of gloves and one pair of socks. They are packaged separately so they don't have to be used at the same time. My cuticles desperately need this!

HelloLegs Sahving Emulation Lotion (3oz, $19.99)
I couldn't find this product online, but it's distributed by Hair Kandy. HelloLegs is a lotion and shave cream in one. They say this little bottle will "shave your life". It's expensive though! I'm hoping a little goes a long way.

Merrithew Mat Strap Plus ($14.99)
This mat carrier also doubles as a fitness accessory. Designed with built-in resistance tubing so it can be used for strength training exercises, or to hold poses during yoga or Pilates practice. Great idea!

Jook & Nona x FFF Collaboration Tag Necklace ($65)
This necklace is 18 karat gold plated stainless steel, engraved with words to live by.FFF Select Members were able to choose which tag they wanted (happy, inspire, dream, or love).

My tag says inspire, and I love it! The chain is 17.5 inches and the 1.2 inches long.

ISH Contour Kit in Medium/Dark ($32)
This is the debut product from the new makeup line created by Joey Maalouf and FabFitFun. This palette includes a highlighter, bronzer, blush, and contour colour that can be used together or on their own. I selected light in my profile, but I received a medium/dark palette. After jumping through a couple of hoops with customer service, they will be sending a me replacement in the proper shade.

Marrakesh Argan & Hemp Oil Therapy (2oz, $22.99)
This argan hair oil leaves hair feeling smooth and frizz-free, while giving it a glossy shine.

Sterling Forever sells sterling silver and cubic zircon costume jewellery. Several of the pieces have a bit of a Tiffany vibe (like this starfish necklace, a dupe of Tiffany's Elsa Peretti design). I found a ring I want for $44. There are some items for less than $30. Check the sale section. Shipping is extra and prices are in US dollars.

31Bits $25 Gift Card
31Bits is a socially conscious jewellery company that employs and empowers women in Uganda to help them rise out of poverty. It's "fashion for good". They have a large collection of statement necklaces and bracelets.

31Bits was kind enough to send me an item from their collection to post along this review. See a close up of this bracelet here. I'm really impressed with the quality. The beads are made of paper and I had no idea until I read about it! This is the Brooklyn Nights bracelet and it retails for $42.  There are several items in the sale section under $30. There are a few items in the sale section under $25, but I'm planning on using my $25 towards The Dreamer necklace! Don't forget that shipping is extra and prices are in US dollars. (To reiterate - this bracelet does not come in the Spring FabFitFun box. It was provided separately and complimentary by 31Bits as a sample of what they have to offer.)

The Spring 2016 FabFitFun VIP box included eight products plus two gift cards. The retail value of all the products is $228 US, plus $55 US for the gift cards. This box costs $58 US for Canadians, including shipping. It's a fantastic value this month, and I'm actually quite excited about everything. I haven't felt this way about a FFF box in a while. The products are perfectly suited for a spring box. The only real negative is that I received the wrong shade contour kit, but FFF is sending a replacement, so it's hardly even a negative. I'm quite impressed with the products are value. I even like the gift cards, and I normally hate gift cards!

If this box interests you, it's still available. Even better, you can score $10 off using promo code FFFA2P6 at checkout. The code is valid on new subscriptions only, while supplies last.
