Capilano Tea Senakw Village (False Creek)  Tea - Sample
This crimson-berry tisane with rich colouring and deep flavours is delicious, hot or cold, and honours the ancient name for False Creek: Senakw (or Snauq). Hibiscus, Rosehips, Black Currant, Cranberry, Blueberry, Elderberry, Lemongrass and Rooibos.
This is the third time I've relieved Capilano Tea from Ellebox. It's great, but I would love to try something different.

Ghirardelli Squares Milk Chocolate with Caramel (3 squares, $2)
Just like last month, the box included three little chocolate squares. Ellebox - love you, but 3 squares is not enough!

Cedar and Stain Special Limited Edition Mug (~$12)
Cozy up with this inspirational mug from Cedar and Stain in our signature colours. This beautiful mug is hand painted and the perfect way to add a boost of happiness to your day.
The mug is cute, but it's not hand painted. The letters are high-grade peel & stick vinyl, which is actually better and likely way more durable. The mug itself is from the IKEA 365+ line and sells for $2. Cedar and Stain doesn't have any mugs this size for sale in their shop, so I estimated the value based on larger personalized mugs they are selling for $17. I love this Fox one. The mug is hand wash only and not recommended for microwave use.

Sukin Australian Natural Skincare Facial Moisturizer (125ml, $9.95)
This daily moisturiser is fast absorbing and deeply penetrating, providing hydration that softens and soothes the skin. A lightweight cream which combines a delicate infusion of aloe vera, horsetail, nettle and burdock to soothe with skin healing rose hip, wheat germ, jojoba and avocado oil to promote healthy skin. This skincare is paraben free and is made with aloe vera, rose hip oil, avocado, and sesame seed oil.

U by Kotex Refresh Flushable Wipes (3 wipes, $0.70)

Panty Liners (3 liners, ~$0.50)

Both of these are great additions to the box, but it would be nice to be able to select and receive more than 3 liners each month though.

U by Kotex Pads (12 pads, ~$4) and Tampax Pearl Regular (13 tampons, ~$4)
These are the brands and product number I requested. The options are 13 pads/12 tampons, 12 pads/13 tampons, all pads, or all tampons. After that you can select your desired absorbancy and the quantity of each you'd like to receive. Of your tampons, you can select how many are Super and how many are Regular. Same goes for the pads. You can choose Regular, With Wings, or Overnight. The customization is great. The only problem I'm found is that you can't update your preferences on your own - you have to e-mail. I'd also like to see an option for panty liners.

Happy Valentines Day!

This is my January box, but Ellebox ships my parcel at the end of the month. They included a Valentine so I'm sure to have it before V-Day. How cute!

The January Ellebox included all my monthly supplies, plus four treat and gift items. I estimate the value to be just under $35 CDN. This box costs $38.40 per month, including shipping. Just like last month, I'm not thrilled with the value. I like the products included - the mug is cute and the lotion is great and useful during this cold and dry weather. I wish they included more treats and snacks, or maybe another small gift item to bring the value up a bit more.
