There is no product card included. Instead you can find more information about your products online at the Little Life Shop or in the Products section. I should also mention that after receiving this box, Little Life Box re-branded and has a new look. I will post more about that next week when I review the November box.

 First look

Tyrrell's Veg Crisps in Sweet Potato with Smoked Chilli (40g, $1.50)
Veggie chips are great and these are no exception.

Made Good Apple Cinnamon Granola Minis ($1.25)
Toasted oats, sweet apples and spicy cinnamon. These wholesome granola minis taste just like home made apple pie.

Elan Organic Coconut (125g, $2.99)
We’ve taken the nutty, milky flesh of coconuts and delicately toasted them to absolute perfection. The rich taste of coconut will feel indulgent while providing a good source of fiber and protein.

Buddy Fruits Fruit Break Greek Yogurt & Berries Blended Fruit Pouch ($3.46)
These fruit pouches are non-GMO, gluten free, made with real fruits, and only 90 calories per pouch. I like to add these fruit blends to smoothies.

Splendor Garden Ground Cinnamon (5g, $0.74)
This is an organic, GMO free spice from a Canadian company.

Herbamare Vegan Bouillon (2 cubes, $1.12)
I'm a fan of Herbamare products. These bouillon cubes are vegan and low sodium.

JNANTIK Mayan Superfood Coffee Alternative (1.5oz,  $3.33)
I've never heard of this product before! Mayan seed is a superfood that is caffeine free, but high in calcium, protein, iron, potassium, and more.

Choice Organic Teas - Earl Grey and Decaf Earl Grey (4 bags, $1.35)
Lift your spirits with this traditional tea that's aromatic and full of flavor. We blend brisk Ceylon and Indian black teas from select mountain gardens with essential oil of Italian bergamot from Calabria.

Urban Spa Foot File ($3)

Herstat Cold Sore Treatment  (2g, $20)
A  Canadian made natural cold sore treatment that helps cure cold sores faster.

Gardeners Dream Assorted Samples
My mother is a fan of this line of skincare products.

The October Little Life Box included 12 products, with a retail value just under $40. It's another great mix of full size and sample size products. I missed the chocolate this month, but there are still a few useful and interesting products that I look forward to trying out, especially the JNANTIK Mayan Superfood coffee.
