The Baltimore Spice Box and includes classic flavours of the Chesapeake!
The Chesapeake Bay region is awash in flavors from the sea. The essence of all that is salty, briny, sweet, and succulent combines to create a taste that is distinctly oceanic. This month, we celebrate the bold flavors of Baltimore, used to highlight the fresh seafood constantly pouring into the region.

Baltimore Bay Spices & Grilled Shrimp Recipe
If we could create a taste for Baltimore, this would be it. Traditionally used when steaming hard-shell crabs, this spice blend goes on seafood, french fries, potato salad, popcorn and really anything else you can think up. We especially love it on deviled eggs, hummus and summer corn.
This blend is a mix of paprika, celery seed, and cayenne. It's reminiscent of Old Bay seasoning and is the perfect blend for succulent shrimp and seafood, or use it to spice up your Bloody Mary (or Caesar in Canada!).
This round up of spices includes those with the most studied health benefits- from cayenne to boost metabolism to the antioxidant properties of cinnamon. We've included these power spices to add to your favorite green smoothie- just add these right in the blender.
This is a blend of some of the most beneficial power spices to add to your smoothies on hot August days.
This classic pickling spice merges classic dill seed and black peppercorn with red pepper flakes for heat plus mustard seeds and coriander for warmth. We especially love this blend with green vegetables like zucchini, cucumbers, brussel sprouts and green beans.
For this one, RawSpiceBar partnered with Marisa from Food in Jars to create a classic pickling blend to take any veggie to the next level. I've never had pickled zucchini but I LOVE pickled green beans.
