Sunbutter Sunflower Spread (2 Tbsp. x 2, $0.82)
I LOVE Sunbutter. I received smaller packets in a box months ago, then promptly went out and bought a full size jar. It's nutty and creamy, just like peanut butter. They a no-stir creamy variety and a crunchy variety. Both are available from

Mori-Nu Silken Tofu (12oz, $2.99)
This is soft tofu for use in smoothies, dips and sauces.

Grandma Emily Original Granola (40g x 2, $1.73)
I've been adding granola to yogurt for quick and healthy breakfasts. This is a blend of oats, nuts, and coconuts. It's lightly sweetened with agave nectar.

Fourmi Bionique Gourmet Melange (60g, $2.70)
This was the spoiler product for September. Every box was to include a bag of this fruit and nut mix. This blend is called Exciting and contains cranberries, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, roasted almonds, and bittersweet chocolate.

Bach Rescue Night Melta (28 Capsules, $10.49)
This is a homeopathic sleep aid made from flower essences, including White Chestnut. The leaflet says "White Chestnut has traditionally been used to help switch off the mind from unwanted, repetitive thoughts" and combined with the RESCUE formula, helps you enjoy a natural sleep. Find this and more Bach products from

Sisu U-Cubes Kids Multivitamin Gummies (2 pack x 2, $0.82)
I know these are kids vitamins, but I might get some for myself They look and taste like candy so I can satisfy my sweet tooth while getting my daily vitamin boost. They're pectin based and sweetened with sugarcane juice and tapioca syrup. Sisu vitamins are also available at

Land Art ChlOralfa All Natural Mouth Wash (20ml sample, $0.47)
This is an all-natural mouth wash that uses the deodorizing properties of chlorophyll with the added effects of essential oils. It's a one time use sample, but a full size can also be bought from

I Love... Raspberry & Blackberry Bubble Bath (30ml sample, $0.60)
This stuff smells great. It's available in-store exclusively at Shoppers Drug Mart. It's soap free, paraben free, and pH balanced.

LaraBar Uber Dark Chocolate Pecan with Sea Salt (1 bar, $2.83)
I'm a fan of LaraBars, especially when they come with chocolate! This is another product you can find at

Theobroma Chocolat Dark 72% Cocoa (10g mini, $0.78)
This is great chocolate. I've tried it a couple times before. They minis are sold in a box of 75 and the website says "with this 75-bar box, you’ll look forward to coffee breaks more than ever". I have no self control when it comes to chocolate so a 75-bar box wouldn't last a week at my house!

Planima Hazelnut Cacao + Maca Sprouted Vitality Bar ($3.50)
This is a Canadian company. The bar combines hazelnut butter with Peruvian cacao. It's filled with nuts, seeds, raw cacao nibs, and maca root for an energizing boost. There's no artificial ingredients or additives.

Stash Premium Green Tea and Stash Cascade Mint Tea (2 bags, $0.48)
These are basic flavours that will be added to my tea stash (hehe). These ones are organic, but there is a a huge variety of Stash teas are available from (organic and regular) and they are all currently on sale. There's some great sounding seasonal teas that I really want to try - Maple Apple Cider Herbal Tea, Salted Caramel Mate Herbal & Black Tea, White Chocolate Mocha Black Tea, Chocolate Hazelnut Decaf Tea, Red Velvet Herbal Tea... oh my goodness, there are so many!

The September Little Life Box contained 12 products (16 items total), with an estimated value just under $29 CDN. It's a lower value this month. I would have liked to see at least one more full size product. I do like the product variety though. There's treats, snacks, supplements, beauty, and wellness. One of the great things about Little Life Box is that so many of the products featured are sold at local health food stores, or online at, so when I discover something I love and want more, it's easy to find.
