A monthly BuddhiBox will include 4-6 products for you to discover and share. Even if you don't practice yoga, BuddhiBox is for people who enjoy a peaceful and mindful existence. The yoga pose card for this month is the Lotus Pose (Padmasana) and the recipe is for Iced Coconut Marley Coffee.

First look!

Marley Coffee One Love Medium Roast (8oz, $10)
From the birthplace of coffee, this organic medium roast tantalizes your palate with exotic floral and berry notes. One Love, one heart, 100% Ethiopia Yirgacheffe.
Marley Coffee is founded by one of Bob Marley's sons and uses only sustainably grown and ethically farmed coffee beans from around the world. I'm thinking of using this bag of grounds for cold-brew so I can have a pitcher of coffee ready to make Iced Coconut Marley Coffees!

Chopra Center Satwa Sandalwood Incense ($8)
For thousands of years, Ayurveda has used the subtle power of fragrance to reestablish balance and harmony in mind and body. Using rare forms of natural, pure, red and white sandalwood powders and oils, Satwa Premium Sandalwood Incense creates the perfect atmosphere for your timeless experiences.
I need to get an incense burner to try these out!

Chopra Center Meditation Downloads ($7) - Not pictured
This gives 3 sample meditations for free (online streaming - no sign up required), plus 20% off any Oprah & Deepak 21 Day Meditation Experience programs.

Wellsmith Scented Shea Butter (1oz tin, $6)
Shea butter is a great all over body moisturizer for very dry, ashy, skin. It comes from the nut of the African Shea Tree. Shea butter has the consistency of butter and should be stored in a cool area. To use, take a pea size amount and roll it in the palm of your hands to warm it up. Rub into your skin anywhere on you body. While it may seem a bit oily at first, the skin quickly absorbs the oils.
I have horribly dry legs so I'm going to give this a try. I've never liked using pure Shea butter because of the oily feeling but now I understand that oiliness is the point! My skin needs it and will absorb it all up.

Jesse & Co Lotus Pewter Necklace ($25)
A symbol of spiritual awakening and enlightenment, the lotus flower grows in the mud yet blossoms above the muddy water clean, fragrant and beautiful. Keep the lotus close to your heat and stay on your spiritual path with this lovely pewter necklace.
I love this necklace! It's delicate and the flower is very pretty. Silver-toned small pendant necklaces are my thing so this is perfect! I also love the Jesse & Co Open Leaf Necklace.

My Mat My Mantra Magnet ($8)
Inspire your practice and daily life with this unique yoga mat magnet. A good reminder to spend some time on your mat, help you let go, quiet your mind and free your spirit.
We previously received a yoga mat sticker, and now have a magnet. This would go great on the fridge as a reminder to "get your buddhi on the mat"!

The August BuddhiBox included five items, plus online meditations, with a retail value of $64 US. This box costs $41 US for Canadians (including shipping). These are all great products for mindfulness and wellness. I'm most excited about the coffee. The Iced Coconut Coffee recipe sounds fantastic.
