I love the care that goes into packing the boxes each month. The tissue changes every month to match the season. This month the post card and tissue is a cool nautical theme. The post card is pretty enough to frame and the tissue will be re-used.

First look - it's packed full!

Sisu Ester-C Engery Boost Multi Vitamin Mineral Supplement in Pomegranate (30 packets, $19.49)
This is a full size box of single use packets. Ester-C Energy Boost is a daily re-hydrating vitamin drink mix. It's an easy and convenient way to get your daily dose of vitamins.

Deep River Snacks Kettle Cooked Potato Chips in Sweet Maui Onion (1oz, $0.50)
These were the first thing I saw when I opened the box, so they were the first thing I ate. And they were tasty, but kettle cooked chips aren't my favourite, only because I don't enjoy the super hard texture.

Level Ground Direct Fair Trade Black Tea (70g, $6)
This is a full-leaf black tea, grown in the foothills of the Himalayas. Also included in the box was directions on how to make cold brewed iced tea. This summer, I've been burning through my huge stockpile of tea by turning it into iced tea. I brew a pitcher at a time and a pitcher normally lasts 2-3 days. It's a delicious way to use up my supplies (and make room for more)!

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 70 (2 x 15g samples, $2.50)
This is a new product and it's the "world's first water soluble hemp protein powder". There is 20g of protein per 30g serving. It's an easily digestible complete plant based protein.

St. Francis Herb Farm Matrice Mineral Matrix Pure Dehydrated Goat Whey (2 x 26g, $3.60)
This is goat protein which contains 25 naturally occurring macro and trace nutrients. It's an alternative for those with lactose intolerance.

Farley Co. Steripod Toothbrush Sanitizer (1 pod, $3.50)
I'm not joking when I saw I was *just* looking at purchasing a pack of Steripod's from well.ca! Good thing I waited.

Pure Fit Nutrition Bar in Granola Crunch Bar (2oz, $2.70)
This is the "original 18g Protein, Gluten-Free, Non-Dairy, Vegan nutrition bar". I'm not sure what flavour Granola Crunch is, but I hope it contains chocolate!

Annie's Organic Chocolate Chip Granola Bar (1 bar,  $0.88)
These bars are high in fibre and contain no preservatives or high fructose corn syrup.

Amazing Grass Raw Reserve Green Superfood (2 packets, $4)
This supplement gives you green superfoods, plus 25 billion probiotics per packet.

Mrs. Crimble's Chocolate Coated Rice Cakes ($5.79)
In a previous box I received the yogurt coated rice cakes. These chocolate ones are way better. So much better that I've already eaten half the bag!

Goddess Garden Organics Natural Sunscreen in Sport SPF 30 (2 x 6ml sample, $1.80)
I received one packet of this last month, but haven't used it yet. I normally don't like foil samples but these sunscreen ones are perfect for travel.

Goddess Garden Sunny Body Natural Sunscreen SPF30 (1oz, $3.33)
I received this sample in my February box, but no complaints from me. I go through sunscreen like crazy, especially during the summer months.

My July Little Life Box contained 12 different products, with an approximate retail value just over $54 CDN. It's a great value this month and there are a few full size products. I'm most excited for the toothbrush sanitizer (seriously!) and the sunscreen.
