This isn't a sampler box.. but a box featuring full sized lifestyle products hand-selected specifically for health-conscious women. We do include a few smaller products as well so you can have fun trying some new things.

First look - already impressed!

The Good Bean Chickpeas Original Salted (70g, $3.50)
I tried these before in chili lime flavour. They're odd but tasty. Chickpeas are a great source of plant-based protein.

Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (25g, $3.50)
I've received these quite a few times before and they are great. I sprinkle them into salads, cereal, and yogurt.

Dream Protein Creamy French Vanilla (Sample)
This is the only "sample size" product in the box. Everything else is full size, which is fantastic. I like getting protein shake samples. I have yet to find one that I really love and would buy again, so the more brands I try, the closer I come to finding the perfect one for me.

Inspired Soap Works Bath Fizzie in Blissful ($3.50)
This bath bomb smells great. It's Sweet Orange, Patchouli, and Bergamot and infused with jojoba and sweet almond oils. Inspired Soap Works is based in Whitby, Ontario and all their products are Canadian made!

Dr. Bronner's Organic Pure Castile Liquid Soap in Unscented (2oz, $4.99)
I LOVE this soap. I've received a couple through subscription boxes, and ordered a few more myself through Well.ca. Dr. Bronner's is organic and fair trade. It's called 18-in-1 Magic Soap because this stuff can be used for EVERYTHING so it's perfect for travel. Use it for shampoo, body wash, face wash, laundry soap, dish soap, toothpaste, shaving soap, household cleaning, and more. See more ideas here along with a dilutions cheat sheet.

Nuts to You Organic Almond Butter (250g, $7.50)
I've purchased this brand before but didn't realize it's Canadian! This is a full size jar of delicious nut butter.

Zimt Salted Vanilla Caramel Macaroons (2 pack, $4.75)
Zimt is based in Vancouver! These macaroons are "raw" and made from coconut flakes and flour, coconut nectar, vanilla bean, and Himalayan salt. That's it!

Giddy Yoyo Wild Ecuadorian Chocolate in Mint (2.2oz, $4.50)
This is another Canadian company and this quality chocolate is vegan, gluten-free, organic, and raw. It's 76% dark chocolate with a hint of certified organic peppermint essential oil. I'm saving this one for a special day!

Eco Jot Believe You Can Notebook ($9.50)
This journal was designed and printed in Canada from 100% post-consumer waste (excluding the spiral bind). I can never have enough note books so this is a great addition to the box. I am the Queen of List Making and this book will be put to use in no time!

Lemon Lily Organic Tea in Berry Cherry (20g, $4)
Lemon Lily is based in Toronto and creates hand-crafted, natural and organic tea blends. This one is a green tea with rose petals, apple, rosehip, hibiscus, orange peel, and black currants. It smells delicious.

The June Jule's Wellness Lifestyle Box included ten items, with a retail value over $45 CDN. This  box costs $34.32 per month (including shipping), so it's a decent value. Nearly every item is full size and all of them are high quality. It's a great mix of products with something from several different product categories. I also like that many of the products are sourced from Canadian companies! Even better is that everything can be purchased from Jule's Wellness so if I want more of something, it's easy to find. I'm pretty impressed with this box and with Jule's Wellness as a whole. If you are looking for a box with a mix of health-conscious snacks, body products, and lifestyle items, this is the box for you.
