This box was provided complimentary for review.

What is it? Bath Time Box
How Much? $29 per month, including shipping (US$)
What’s in it?  At least 5 full size and deluxe samples of handpicked bath products delivered every month

Bath Time Box is a new Canadian subscription box, based in Alberta, that sends an assortment of natural and handmade bath and body products each month. Designed and curated with the bath lover in mind, each Bath Time Box contains 5 full and deluxe sample sized bath products carefully chosen to take your bath time to the next level.

Sensitive skin. Canadian winters. Endless searching for products that wouldn't damage my skin but would nourish, moisturise and soothe. It seemed like a lot to ask for and indeed for many years it was. And then one day we found it. Natural products, free of unnecessary chemicals and preservatives.
It was a natural progression for me to take my love of baths and combine it with my quest for natural products. Bath Time was born...or reborn depending on how you look at it.
Each Bath Time Box will include products such as milk baths, bubble baths, bath salts, soaps, after bath lotions, bath accessories, and more. Everything is handmade and natural. Bath Time Box includes products from their own line, as well as products from other small companies. Bath Time Box also has an online store, selling their own bath products.

My first impression was fantastic! The box is well packaged and looked like a lovely gift when I opened it up. Every product is well sized and the packaging is bright and colourful. And the smell... so good.

Va Va Voom Vanilla Bath Bomb (4oz, $6.75)
Drop one luscious bomb into your bath. Enhanced with Dead Sea Salts.
I love the subtle scent of vanilla, but once this went into the bath, the scent was lost. The bomb dissolved in a minute flat and didn't make much of an impact.

Mango Madness Sugar Scrub (4oz, $10)
Great in the tub or shower, this all natural scrub will leave your skin soft and silky.
This one smells super fresh and tropical. Sugar scrubs are my favourite and this one was great. The scent lasted. The scrub is coarse, which I love for using on my legs and arms, and it left skin soft and moisturized. There was a slight gritty residue left behind, but I managed to scrub that away with a scrub mitt. My only real complaint with this is that the ink on the printed label washed away when it was hit with a bit of water.

Tub Love Bath Truffle (4oz, $6.75)
Skin loving Cocoa and Shea Butters plus other skin loving oils. Part bomb, part melt, all pleasure.

Pamper Me Clay Soap (4oz, $6.75)
Enhanced with both French Pink and Rhassoul Clays, this all natural bar is great for face and body.
This clay soap is lovely. It's gentle enough to use on my face, but does the job of a body bar, without leaving any residue.

Hawaiian Gardenia Bath Salts (8oz, $10.75)
Enjoy a soak in this four salt blend and let the exotic aroma take you away.
Gardenia is not my favourite scent. Very strong floral. It's a nice product though.

The February Bath Time Box included five products, with an approximate retail value of $41 CDN. Bath Time Box uses CrateJoy for their storefront and billing, so the box is billed in US dollars. This means the $29 per month price will actually cost you more around $33 in Canadian dollars. This price includes shipping, which can be quite expensive (postage on this box cost nearly $13), so it's still a fair value. It's a fun collection of homemade, natural bath products, made from high end ingredients. The ingredients lists include things like shea butter, cocoa butter, avocado oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, Epsom salt, purified water, tea tree oil, and other essential oils. Everything is packaged well and labeled with instructions for use. It's a great box and I look forward to using all my new products! Bath Time Box would make a great gift for someone who loves relaxation and pampering.
